Returns Policy: 

To return an item, please call our office. We cannot accept any returns without a valid purchase receipt. Contact lens boxes need to be unopened and all pharmaceuticals need to be unused. Shipping fees are not refundable. The customer will pay for freight on all non-defective item(s).
